VOCABULARY CHALLENGE: What am I making?

Delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But, what am I making?
Ingredients

  1. • 10 eggs
  2. • handful of parsley leaves, chopped (optional)
  3. • 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. • 1 large red onion , cut into wedges
  5. • 3 tomatoes , chopped into large chunks
  6. • large handful black olives , (pitted are easier to eat)
  7. • 100g feta cheese , crumbled

  1. Most people would make scrambled eggs with vegetables and feta however, as we all know, you are very skilful at cooking soooooooooo:
    You are going to make a feta veggie pie!!!

  2. Hi N,
    You are very warm. However, to make a pie I think you need pastry. Having said that, my sister loves fish pie and she doesn’t use pastry. Clearly, I don’t know what I’m talking about. However, no it isn’t a pie. It’s a Greek Salad Omelette. By the way, I can’t stand scrambled eggs and what’s with the washing up after you make scrambled egg. The pan is always a complete disaster.
