Course aim: Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your business.

The fundamental aim of the course is to help your employees develop better practical business English language communication skills, competencies and strategies in order to:

  1. Measurably enhance job performance of specific workplace day-to-day operations with external customers, partners and suppliers, as well as internal company managers, co-workers and team mates.
  2. Undertake general job responsibilities effectively, efficiently and confidently, in line with the company’s brand, business ethos, short-term targets, and long-term business aims and objectives.

Employees can expect to improve their language skills by participating in group discussions, individual presentations, and simulated role plays. They will complete structured exercises in business situations which are adapted to the specific needs and contexts of your business.

Course length and delivery: Bite size learning to suit busy schedules

The content has been organised into: 12 intensive business focused units which will be delivered over a period of 12 weeks (1, 3 hour class a week) to a maximum of 10 participants.

However, if this structure isn’t convenient for your business, then we can work with you to design a different delivery programme.

The course will be delivered by experienced, qualified, professional English language trainers in your workplace.
