Come on England!

As I have supported the England national football squad for more years that I care to remember, I am used to displays of shameful football, glimmers of excellence, and years, and years of heartbreak.  However, I always believe that we can do well.  I also hope we will play with determination, intelligence and dignity. So my faith has no empirical foundation, and football experts will tell me to book a few sessions with a shrink, but I don´t care – Come on England – I believe!
