To be as dull as dishwater

OMG my teacher is as dull as dish waterTo be as dull as dishwater is a common idiom used to say that something or someone is super boring. For example:

Q: Janette, did you enjoy your 16 hour flight?

A: No, unbelievably the entertainment system was broken so it was as dull as dishwater.
